I’ve seen Clare several times at Wickford Physio. She gives a superb full body massage – not to mention a fantastic pre and post marathon run leg massage to ensure everything’s in perfect working order. Her clinic is welcoming, clean and professional with the utmost of top standards. Highly recommend Clare.

Such a great service, from your first session, where Clare gets a good idea of your issues, making an initial treatment plan. To the sessions where each time you get feedback on how the muscle is progressing. Highly recommended if you’ve got any muscular issues.

Clare is fantastic, professional and knowledgable. She has helped improve my performance in cycling over the past 6 months and relieved tension in my legs and lower back to the point where I was able to complete a 108 mile ride. Thankyou Clare 🙂

Massage Treatments

The benefits.

In most cases, sports massage is used as a pre-workout stretch and opportunity to warm up the muscles or used as a post-workout massage designed to reduce soreness and increase flexibility.

Overtime, it can also help your range of movement and enhance athletic performance.

However, many clients are not athletes but are looking for a more tailored, regular massage to aid relaxation, muscle tension or aches and pains.
