Sports Massage is the manipulation of the bodies soft tissues (ligaments, tendons, muscles) and it can benefit everyone, not just those who play sport!

In most cases, sports massage is used as a pre-workout stretch and opportunity to warm up the muscles or used as a post-workout massage designed to reduce soreness and increase flexibility.
Overtime, it can also help your range of movement and enhance athletic performance.
However, many clients are not athletes but are looking for a more tailored, regular massage to aid relaxation, muscle tension or aches and pains.
